The hot tub and steam room were divine after a day at the beach. The staff genuinely cared, making me feel welcomed and truly valued throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. some dishes lacked variety and freshness, leading me to dine out more than I had planned.

The service from the reception staff, especially Mr Ahmet and Kulyash, was outstanding. They quickly resolved our initial room problems and upgraded us. The spa experience was superb. the professionals from Bali really knew what they were doing. The garden view was a lovely touch, providing a relaxing atmosphere during our stay.
